Coffee Tofu Carrot is starting off really strong with this one. I think this is one of the most important albums of my 20s (i am 20 years old). This album is by Bad Bunny and super rooted in his love for Puerto Rico and the agony he feels watching it be ruined by the government's corruption and greed, watching his home become a big tourist wasteland. It feels so personal and raw and then youre also dancing your heart out. The half of this album that isnt sentimental and beautiful is BUSSSS and meant for throwing ass in el disco. Andrea and I both adore this album. I said a few weeks ago that I got the egg ick bc i listened to too much bad bunny but I just got over it and am ready to feel this again. This album will make you a Bad Bunny fan and also make you feel deeply connected to the culture you were severed from. I bet there are POC friend groups deeply enjoying their listens to this together. sigh. (i love my friends but i am allowed to yearn).
If i had to recommend a song from this album it would be BAILE INoLVIDABLE. Two more of my favorites (i can recommend more than one becasuse its my blog and i make most of the rules (andrea also makes rules because its also her blog)) are DtMF and the opening track... NUEVAYoL (seriously one of the best opening tracks I've heard in a minute).

Hey everyone! im back to talk about something big in my life. NEW LORDEEEE!!!!! i froke out a lot. this is important to me. this album will ruin me. i love her unnatural amounts
ok now lets get down to business. im a little upset. this song is not written by ella, nor is dev hynes a credited producer. to use their real names, lorde and blood orange L4 better stil be happening. i think it will be happening, i thik this is supposed to be her poppy album single hit. and its still great! just very like um idk melodrama and i know that shes more past that phase of her life than this track depicts. i'm really hoping i can relate the magnitude of poppy-surface level single to deep beautiful poetic album. High pop single = highhhhh poetic album. i have faith in her.
and the single is good! i danced a lot and already know the chorus. this is the best cigarette of my life i want you like that!!!!! gonna watch the music video when i get home and im getting sooooo excited eek. ok thanks everyone!
